QAT's Service & Capabilities

 

Quantum Air Technology has a policy of total customer support, which starts at the point of sale and continues throughout the product life. As the equipment that Quantum supplies is very often used for safety critical applications, it is vitally important that it is correctly installed/commissioned and serviced at regular intervals. This is the only way to ensure that the original design performance is maintained to protect the safety of the end users and their work. As designers of their own products, Quantum Air Technology is best placed to carry out the servicing. There are currently no other approved service agencies for QAT products, as no other companies have been trained or accredited. Quantum are also able to offer service options for third party equipment, such as that listed below:

 

Vertical and horizontal laminar flow cabinets and enclosures
Microbiological safety cabinets
Isolators
Powder control booths
Air showers
Clean rooms
IVC Systems

Service equipment available includes:

Anemometers, manometers, flow visualization, multi meters, DOP smoke generators, photometers, and particle counters. KI containment testing can also be carried out by arrangement.

Quantum Air Technology utilises analytical aerodynamic techniques to ensure air filtration performance specifications of all clean air and containment designs can be accurately predicted and achieved. A modular system of micro-processor based control circuitry ensures development time is short, yet instrumentation and control standards are high.
