Portable Compliant Isolator - Portable Glove Box The PCI is a portable glove box isolator capable of operating in both type 1 (positive pressure) and type 2 (negative pressure) modes. In addition to being a fully compliant isolator, the PCI can also operate as a fully compliant Class 3 microbiological safety cabinet, with only its exhaust fan running. This mobile isolator is designed for use on hospital wards, when access to the central aseptic suite is not available. As such, it is portable with internal batteries that sustain operation without the need for access to power sockets. Isolator Control Systems The electrical system designed with multi-applications in mind. One single circuit board can be used to instrument and control Air Management Units, Ventilated Cabinets, Allergen Control Enclosures, Isolators, Clean Rooms, and Microbiological Safety Cabinets. The only difference between these systems is the software carried on PIC chips, and the membrane panel legend. The system is primarily for 24 VDC operation with PWM or 0-10 VDC analogue fan speed control. The addition of the 10 Amp converter module also allows operation of systems with 230 VAC fans. |

MSC Class II Cabinet Designed to meet the requirements of BS EN 12469 Microbiological

it an ideal system for small laboratories. The cabinet has
automatic fan speed control, with totally uniform Class
100 downflow, and provides operator protection to 5x10^5. |
Mini Clean Room The Mini Clean Room provides a dedicated and controlled environment for sterility testing to GMP standards. The pre-fabricated structure comes complete with fully interlocked change area, viewing windows, work bench, shelving and simple control system providing digital displays of room pressure and air change rate. Floors/walls are coved and fully vinyled to provide clean and easy to wipe down surfaces. |

Rigid Isolators A series of rigid isolator models including 2 glove and 4 glove units with turbulent and laminar hood configurations. Options include D’Type hatches, electronically elevating legs. Automatic fan speed control is standard.
